Partimos pro Borboleta Azul, pois a cidade, era boa na época em que todo mundo conhecia todo mundo, mesmo cheia das mesmas fofocas de hoje...&lt;br /&gt;Na quinta feira, assistimos um espetaculo da natureza se rebelando contra este calor" infernal ", algumas arvores tombaram, inclusive uma em cima de um pé de palmito, que foi assado com casca no forno e tava uma delikatessen.&lt;br /&gt;Sexta feira, parecia que nada tinha acontecido, sol forte, mas o ar estava super agradavel. Porque nhoque bom tem gosto de batata e não de&lt;br /&gt;farinha. Começou a levantar&lt;br /&gt;um aroma delicioso da assadeira espalha as batatas e dá uma mexidona. Depois leve&lt;br /&gt;a assadeira (usa luva!) para o forno alto por 40 minutos ou até as batatas assarem&lt;br /&gt;(vá espetando!). Ponha os nhoques com cuidado. Pra não espirrar agua fervendo em todo mundo que estiver assitindo, é só colocar os nhoques numa escumadeira e deixa-los entrar na agua fervendo com tranquilidade. Rapidinho eles vão subir. Retire, dê um banho de água fria, coloque em uma vasilha com um pouquinho de óleo (espalha bem o óleo entre os nhoques pra que eles não se grudem). Pique umas 100 grs de&lt;br /&gt;damasco e misture. Adiciona uns 200 ml de creme de leite fresco e deixe dar uma&lt;br /&gt;leve aquecida; aí pode despejar (com cuidado) o 1 kg de nhoque e misturar geral.&lt;br /&gt;Como os nhoques estão pré-cozidos é só aquecê-los no molho. Quando estiverem aquecidos,&lt;br /&gt;rale um bocado generoso de um bom parmesão e sirva. Coloque apenas duas pitadinhas de sal, pois o frango já está temperado e a maionese já tem sabor forte. Polvilhe com salsinha e cebolinha. Prove e então coloque o creme de leite e a maionese. Prove novamente e se preciso ajuste o sal.
